Lance Williams is a songwriter, producer, engineer and founder of The FOCOTheory Agency. He began his career in the music industry by founding 10-34 Records in Cleveland, OH. The record label released fourteen records and launched three artists to major record labels, as well as opening the 10-34 Store at Great Northern Mall and The 10-34 Club in Cleveland, OH.
He relocated to Brooklyn, NY in 2003 and has toured over 500 dates in several countries with his band, Darling Waste. He has written music for several major record label artists including Freeway and Lil Wayne, produced over 250 albums and has scored several film soundtracks and works with recording studios in New York, South Carolina, Pennsylvania and Brighton, England.

Jason Lustig is a Producer and Music Professor who has worked for years with indie musicians helping them to realize their potential. He brings superior sound quality to the recording process and as a Producer helps bands achieve their goals in recording, while also lifting them to a higher level with his musical expertise, knowledge of the industry, and unbridled enthusiasm. Jason has recorded over 150 albums in 9 years and has worked with bands like Alkaline Trio, Blink 182 and 30 Seconds to Mars. He has also done much consultation and pre-production artist development for several indie labels. Jason has a B.A. In Music from Case Western Reserve University, specializing in Jazz and Classical Recording and has gone on to teach the same music courses at C.W.R.U.

Justin Corrao is a lifelong music fan and full time musician. He specializes in bio writing, press releases and copy editing. He is a Staten Island Tech (NY) graduate and attended St. Petersburg college of Florida.
Noah got his start in the industry as touring and session drummer for various bands. He has traveled all over the world as a touring drummer and has drummed on dozens of albums. He is a graduate of Farimont State University in West Virginia. He prides himself on making personal connections in the industry and working hard for his clients. In the studio Noah is an innovative and enthusiastic engineer, excited to push his clients hard and get the best results

Randall Erno has been on every side of the music industry. He is an experienced professional musician and songwriter with his projects and for others. He is an accomplished engineer and producer has a certification in New Media Marketing and has booked and promoted over 700 events in 43 states and 11 countries.
Along with being and Engineer and promoter with strong relationship-building skills, Randall is an ambitious and action-oriented tour manager and has worked with artists such as Bruno Mars, Bone Thugs N Harmony, Drake, Mike Posner, Sevendust, Mushroomhead, Static X and more! Randall is also adept at conflict resolution, contract negotiation, risk management analysis, social media implementation and web design.
James Wolff is a composer from New York and an Associate member of the Recording Arts Academy. He graduated with a degree in Composition from Peabody Conservatory and is now a registered and licensed BMI recording artist. He’s also an agent of Intrinsic Entertainment, and the co-founder here at The FOCOTheory Agency.
Ross McCracken is Company Director of Yellow Fish Music Limited, Archiving Solutions and European consultant for the FocoTheory Management Agency, Brooklyn, New York.
Ross began his career at the young age of 15, forming the live events company MSR Productions and becoming Tour Manager with legendary first wave R&B band the Pretty Things.
As co-founder of Cote Basque Records, Ross Signed The Pretty Things, Arthur Brown and The Malchicks before leaving to found Yellow Fish Music in 2007.
Yellow Fish Music Group consists of Yellow Fish Records ,Yellow Fish Mobile Studios, Yellow Fish Management and Yellow Fish Studios, the later being voted the fourth best recording studio in the UK.
Through Yellow Fish Records, Ross has signed Superlungs , the youngest band to be signed in Europe, New York City rock group Darling Waste and entered into a joint venture with songwriter David Courtney, who has written songs for Paul McCartney, Eric Clapton, Jimmy Page, Leo Sayer, Roger Daltry and David Gilmore.
Ross is also the company Director of Archiving Solutions. Known for their careful handling of sensitive media, Archiving Solution’s client’s list includes Universal Music, Connexion Media, Led Zeppelin, Queen, AC DC, Snapper Music and the French Government.
